Formula of Education = Observation + Skills

Education is never ending and sensitive topic. Everyone wants to be educated. Most of us think that education is a degree to get a job. Think that we are going to university to learn new things every subject will be easier for us. Well, I have to justify the formula as well but before that, we have to understand, why education is a powerful tool.

“Education is the most powerful tool that can change the world (Nelson Mandela).”

To make that tool more powerful we go to school as we go to the gym to fit our bodies. We have to go to universities to fit our brains. Nearly half of our life we spend on education but still, our most educated people won’t find jobs because of weak observation. A small burger shop owner earns more than an engineer or doctor. He earns because he masters his skill. Not every burger shop is MacDonald (Watch Movie “The Founder)” they educate themselves by focusing on quality. In the movie, it shows that observation of the person gave him success. Observation is the power of accepting good or bad facts and figures. All great scientist did their experiment based on observation they analyze it, do the experiment, and write theories. That theory is what we study in the university.

Everyone should go to school college university to learn punctuality, determination, and ethics of life. Most high degree holder doesn’t have the confidence to speak. University is the place where we polish our tools to be skillful.
